I take a holistic approach to helping my clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. I am not a clinical practitioner, but I have learned in my almost 40 years of being an energy worker, negative thoughts hold a lower vibration and unless released in a conscious way, will only continue to plague an individual. My approach consists of breathing exercises, table work using Healing Touch and Rekki and deep listening. By teaching my clients how to sense, see and feel their own energy fields, I offer tools and practices to take home. I also employ sound therapy in the form of Tibetan singing bowls and chanting. Chi Gong and Tai Chi are also forms I teach to feel more in touch with one’s body and the quiet space produced in one’s mind.
