Tai Chi is a gentle moving meditation good not only for improving balance but can promote a relaxed and stress free mind. I learned Tai Chi a year before my son had a bone marrow transplant. We were in the hospital for 37 days. I did Tai Chi every day both for exercise and peace of mind. It can help you too!
