Tools for Accessing your Human or Auric Energy Field

This introductory workshop on Sunday April 29th from 1-3 will give you tangible tools to see, feel and touch your own auric field as well as experience others. We’ll be exploring colors and sound vibration as well as your own chi using tai chi movements to access this inner energy that can harnessed for self healing.

Donations only. Bring a snack, I’ll have fresh lemon balm tea to share. You can walk the labyrinth or garden, so wear comfortable clothes and older shoes.

Spring cleaning for your mind and body

Winter is a good time to de-clutter our personal things. It’s also a perfect time to let go of thoughts and ideas cluttering our brains. We tune our cars so they will run more efficiently but usually we wait until we are sick to take care of ourselves. The Yurt may not be in your neighborhood, but the drive into the countryside is therapeutic in itself. The Feminine energy of the Divine permeates the grounds. I work with this energy to help my clients let go of stress, and find peace within.

If you are suffering from anxiety and depression I believe I can help you.

I take a holistic approach to helping my clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. I am not a clinical practitioner, but I have learned in my almost 40 years of being an energy worker, negative thoughts hold a lower vibration and unless released in a conscious way, will only continue to plague an individual. My approach consists of breathing exercises, table work using Healing Touch and Rekki and deep listening. By teaching my clients how to sense, see and feel their own energy fields, I offer tools and practices to take home. I also employ sound therapy in the form of Tibetan singing bowls and chanting. Chi Gong and Tai Chi are also forms I teach to feel more in touch with one’s body and the quiet space produced in one’s mind.

Upcoming Workshop -Our Body, sacred garment- Self Breast Massage Nov. 18th

Martha Graham, the famous modern dancer coined the phrase,”The body is a sacred garment.” In our rushed every day lives, this thought is the furthest thing in our minds. Yet in every major religion and spiritual practice seeing the body as a vessel for Divine connection is universal.

The first 2 hour workshop on Sat. Nov.18th from 10-12noon is on Self-Breast Massage. We women rarely think or touch our breasts unless we are in shower, putting on a bra, or checking ourselves for lumps. I’d like to teach you how to stretch tight pectoral muscles as well as working the entire breast to bring better blood flow and help your lymph flush out toxins. Self breastwork can also loosen back and neck muscles.

The touch is gentle and the intention is to become mindful through our bodies we are one in Spirit. Mediation and breath work will be involved so bring a yoga mat. You can bring a bag lunch and stay and walk the labyrinth and the grounds afterward. I hope you can make it.

Finding time to unplug from the world

We seem to be in the strangest of all times in the year 2017. Overlay our surreal political situation and our own daily worries and responsibilities is a recipe for mental overload. If there has ever been a time to cultivate inner harmony and peace it is now! By taking time to unplug from the world, we take time for our own healing.
This can be as simple as walking in your neighborhood, being in nature, going to a museum, spending time with a friend, sitting quietly in meditation, playing a musical instrument, singing, dancing, doing something creative. Tapping into what makes you uniquely you and honoring it!

Unplug from technology for a while. Shut your cell phone off, give the internet a rest. When my children were young, I was a stay at home mom and son of seven began his battle with cancer. I knew I had to find time to take deep breaths and long exhales. Thankfully, he is twenty six years old and is cancer free.
We are shaped by the experiences of our lives and I would like to share what I have learned with you. I hope you will make the drive into the country, into nature to unplug from your every day world and join me on Sunday Jan. 22 at 10am for a gathering called Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement.

By linking to one another we will find strength in our numbers. By delving into our spiritual center we’ll find hope and faith. By tapping into the love we have for those in our lives as well as reaching out to those who are suffering, will keep us human. By taking time to unplug from the world, we take time for our own healing.
